Winterhawk Electric is a small/medium-sized, family-owned, quality-based electrical contractor currently seeking Colorado Licensed Journeyman and apprentices for Projects in Denver Metro areas and Northern Colorado. This is a permanent, full-time position with a stable company. We believe in work/life balance.
Currently Hiring For 2nd, 3rd, & 4th year Apprentices
Apprentices $18.50-$28.00/hour based on experience
Schedule: 6 am-4:30 pm Monday- Thursday (4 -10 hours days / Occasional overtime)

Responsibilities:
Punctual. Arrive to jobsite on time and prepared for the day.
Ability to work 40 hours a week with occasional overtime and nonstandard working hours as requested (differential paid for night time work or out-of-area Jobsite travel- happens on rare occasions and is requested, not required of employees). We offer additional compensation for work outside your normal area.
Working conditions can vary greatly depending on the job site and time of year. You must be able to perform your work in hot, cold, muddy, wet, windy, and dry conditions.
Field employees are always required to wear tools/tool bags while working.
All field employees must always wear personal protective equipment on the job site including, boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and gloves when required.
Career-minded team player- wants to be an electrician as a career, not just looking for a job.
Willing to perform any/all tasks required to complete a project, ranging from digging to trim work (and all other electrical tasks).
Maintains compliance with safety requirements and policies.
Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and other crew members and demonstrate a high level of professionalism when interacting with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable
Must have all required hand tools.
Positive Attitude/Mechanical Aptitude/ Willingness to learn daily.
Ability to lift up to 40lbs without limitation. No bending, twisting, reaching, standing limitations.
